How do I change my Smart Send settings?
Here’s a short video to show you the Smart Send settings.
Scroll down if you’d like a step-by-step guide.
Step 1
Go to the account icon at the top of the page. Under the Settings section click on ‘My Settings’.
On the left hand side click on the ‘Smart Send’ tab and find the Smart Send Settings. Click ‘View Settings’.
Step 2
On the next screen you will see the available settings.
- Automatic marketplace tracking update. Checking this box will automatically update your marketplace letting your buyers know that their item is on it’s way.
If you have used Smart Send previously you may have noticed many of the settings have been removed. These settings can now be controlled using our Rule Manager. These include:
- Automatic Protection and add-ons
- Missing Information
- Preferred Courier
- Preferred Service
Once you have reviewed or amended any detail click on ‘Save’ and then ‘Close’. You can amend these settings at anytime.
