Parcel delivery tracking is a really useful tool for anybody looking to send a parcel to any UK or global destination; after all, if it’s valuable, urgent or time specific, you’ll be keen to know its whereabouts. That's why we offer tracking on all the couriers and suppliers in our network, along with our handy, free-to-use parcel tracker.
All you'll need to track your package deliveries is the unique parcel ID or reference number, which you can find on your confirmation email. Simply type this number into our postal tracking tool and click ‘track my parcel’ to see where your parcel is along its delivery journey. It's never been easier to track your parcel delivery.
Being able to track your parcel at various points along its journey is a huge benefit to using a courier service over in-country standard postal services which don’t all offer this. The ones that do offer this service are often not as detailed and your parcel can have the same status for days in a row, leaving you to worry about where it is and whether it has been lost. You can track your package on all of our courier services, including TNT, Yodel, DPD, EVRI (formerly Hermes) and Parcelforce, to name only a few.
Not only do we offer courier tracking UK wide; international postal tracking is where this tool really comes into its own. You can watch as your parcel transitions from courier van to aircraft to customs, allowing you to keep up-to-date on these more complex, multi-stage deliveries with comprehensive global tracking. International parcel tracking also helps you keep overseas recipients about the progress of their parcels, including the amount of time it spends being checked by customs, helping maintain a positive reputation with all your customers.
Another great tool is our postcode finder, which ensures that you are using the correct postcode and therefore that your parcel can be delivered to its destination as quickly as possible, so if you’re not sure on the exact postcode, it’s worth checking or there is a risk that your parcel may be delayed. All you need to do is enter the name of the street and the number of the house or business and we’ll tell you what the postcode is -- it couldn’t be simpler!
See for yourself how easy parcel tracking can be by using our parcel tracker now!
To track your parcel, you’ll first need to enter your P2G reference or tracking number into the box below, and click ‘Track This Parcel’.
If you are unsure of your order number, you can find it on your booking confirmation email.
If you have accidentally deleted this email or haven’t received it, you can find your tracking number in your Parcel2Go account area by doing the following:
Log in to your Parcel2Go account (or register if you haven’t already)
Go to the ‘My Orders’ tab
Find your P2G reference number displayed next to the order in question, e.g. ‘P2G12345678’.
This number can also be found in your booking confirmation email.
Please note that parcel tracking will not begin until the parcel is scanned upon collection. Drivers with a handheld terminal will immediately make a collection scan. Other parcels may only be shown as collected once they’ve been scanned at the courier depot.
You can quickly track your parcel in future by clicking the ‘Track Your Parcel’ button in the top right of our website header, and entering your P2G reference number.
If your parcel tracking hasn’t updated in the last two or three days, you can find out what you can do next by clicking here.
If your intended recipient informs you that they have not received your parcel, it could be the case that the courier has left the parcel with a neighbour.
It may help to advise the recipient to check their property for any notes the courier might have left detailing where the parcel has been left. We would also advise checking around potential safe places around the property where a courier might have left the parcel unattended.
If, after checking, the parcel is still absent, we may be able to provide the recipient’s signature if you requested a proof of delivery when booking your order.
A proof of delivery is also often available within the tracking updates for your delivery. You can check your tracking here.
Should a proof of delivery be supplied and still disputed, you could submit a claim.
As part of the claims process, we’ll arrange a driver interview to help ascertain the whereabouts of the parcel in question.
