Will there be Parcel Protection applied to my order?

Parcel Protection can be added to your order during the booking process.

We have introduced a two-tier protection option which provides excellent rates for your parcel delivery, with and without Protection. Look out for these options on our quotes results page.

You can protect your parcel up to the value of £10,000 dependant on the service.

Will the contents of my parcel be protected?

We do have a list of items that we cannot carry at all (prohibited items), list of items which we protect for loss, not damage, and a further list of items which can only be carried on a no protection basis.
