Service Overview

DPD Drop Off Express is a fast, cost-effective way of sending parcels with a reliable international courier. Once you’ve booked you can drop off your parcel at a local drop shop for a DPD courier to come and collect.

Your commercial invoice will be sent to DPD at the time of booking. As a result, the only thing you’ll need to attach to your DPD parcel is the label we’ll send to your inbox.

Exclusive Tracking Features

One of the biggest advantages of booking this DPD service is that you’ll get full access to DPD’s exclusive Predict tracking features. With Predict, you’ll be given a one-hour delivery time slot sent to your phone, meaning you or your recipient won’t have to wait in all day for the delivery.

Better still, you can keep track of your driver in real-time using the Predict app. You’ll even be notified when your driver is 15 minutes away from delivery.

Not going to be in? Not a problem. You can use DPD’s in-flight options to reschedule your delivery, have it dropped off with a neighbour, or taken to a nearby drop shop for the recipient to collect.

Please note: DPD couriers are unable to carry batteries on their services. This includes items containing batteries such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc. If your items contain batteries you'll need to remove these prior to sending otherwise your item could be at risk of a return. Your parcel will be delivered to the recipient's home/business address.

DPD cannot currently deliver into European Amazon locations. Items sent to these addresses will be returned.

There are international shipping courier services available which can be used as an alternative if needed.

Parcels sent to Austria and Italy Businesses address's require an EORI number even if the recipient is a private individual. If this cannot be provided please send to a residential address instead.
