You’ll be able to manage your deliveries from one easy-to-use platform and can use Rule Manager to book your deliveries with Relay.
No. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to select a specific delivery date with Relay.
You can choose express delivery that we will deliver in 2-3 days, or next day delivery.
If you need your parcel to be delivered on a specific day of the week, check out our special delivery options.
If you miss your Relay delivery, your courier will attempt to re-deliver it on the second business day. For example, if your delivery was due on Wednesday, Relay will re-attempt your delivery on Friday.
Relay will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to the sender.
