What Was Evri Called Before?

Evri were previously known as Hermes, but rebranded back in March 2022. This included new logos, rebranding of thousands of delivery vehicles and investment in customer service and support teams.

What Types of Delivery Services Does Evri Offer?

Evri has lots of services, including a variety of both drop off and collection services for both domestic & international shipping.

The cheapest Evri service through Parcel2Go is Evri ParcelShop to ParcelShop, starting from just £1.99 exc VAT. This service allows you to send up to 15kg across the UK with parcels being delivered and dropped off at a local Evri ParcelShop.

Or if you're looking for a little more convenience or shipping larger parcels, an Evri Collection service might better suit you. Like all collection services, just specify the day and place and Evri will collect your parcel from there! Get it collected from home or your place of work - whatever works best for you.

Does Evri Have Live Tracking?

Yes. Real-time tracking is available for all Evri parcels, including 1-hour delivery windows to give you some extra peace of mind knowing when your parcels will be delivered.

Do Evri Deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays?

Usually, Evri delivery hours do include Saturdays, but not on Sundays or Bank Holidays. We have a number of services that can collect and deliver parcels on weekends and bank holidays, all of which are available at the lowest available rates. Check out our weekend delivery options.

What Are Evri's Delivery Times?

Collections and deliveries are made by Evri between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Please note that this excludes bank holidays.

Can I Ship Internationally With Evri?

You can ship internationally with Evri, thanks to their International ParcelShop and International Collection services.

With Evri International ParcelShop, take your parcel to your local drop shop (typically a nearby convenience store) and have your parcel delivered in just 3–7 days. See our full range of Evri International ParcelShop services.

International ParcelShop is a great option for international sellers with a tighter shipping budget, but if you were looking for something a little more convenient - Evri's International Collection may be the service for you!

Evri offer international collection services across the world, and you can send up to 15kg per parcel.
