Service Overview

The DPD Drop Off service allows you to drop your parcel off at any of the 2,500 DPD pickup shops around the UK. If you need a DPD pickup locater, find your local DPD pickup point on the DPD courier page.

If your parcel is dropped off at your local DPD pickup shop before 12 noon it will have a greater chance of next-day delivery, however, this is not guaranteed.

When you book this service, you’ll be assigned a one-hour time slot in which you can expect your parcel to be delivered. You can keep track of your parcel in real-time on your phone with DPD’s market-leading tracking capabilities, and even rearrange your delivery while it’s in transit with great in-flight options.

Please note that DPD couriers are unable to carry batteries on their services. This includes items containing batteries such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc. If your items contain batteries, you'll need to remove these prior to sending otherwise your item could be at risk of a return.
