Will there be any compensation cover applied to my order?
Different standard levels of cover are available on all our services.
Increased cover can be purchased at a rate of 5% of the value of the item above the standard cover up to a maximum value or either €2,500 or €5,000 dependant on the service. Please use the calculator below to work out the price of additional compensation cover for the service you require.
For example if your item is valued at €200 and you are using FedEx with standard cover of €50 you would pay:
200-50 = 150 * 0.05 = €7.50
We do have a list of items that we cannot carry at all (prohibited items) and a further list of items which we cover for loss but not damage.
